About Tim Tedder

Tim Tedder worked as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and Indiana for over twenty years. He now brings that expertise and focus in his coaching work with people around the world.

Tim has addressed a wide range of issues in his counseling practice, but his driving purpose is helping individuals and couples turn the wreckage of infidelity into a foundation for healing and change.

In 2009, he created AffairHealing.com, which has become a trusted online resource for affair recovery. He went on to publish his first book, Affair Healing: A Manual for Betrayed Spouses, later expanded into an online course, and he produces the weekly podcast The Affair Recovery Room.

After earning his Master's in Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University, Tim joined practices in Indiana and Florida before opening Currents Counseling Services in Orlando in 2013, where he worked alongside co-counselors Sharon and Jennifer with a focus on affair recovery therapy.

In 2019, he returned to the Midwest to be closer to family. He now conducts video sessions from his home office while continuing to build online resources for affair recovery. Tim works with individuals and couples, with a particular passion for helping unfaithful partners understand their behavior and build a more secure, fulfilling relationship.
