Currents Services LLC
This business was initially formed in 2013 as “Currents Counseling LLC” to provide licensed counseling to residents in Florida and, eventually, Indiana. Over time, Currents grew to include additional services and resources, including online courses, affair recovery resources, and virtual coaching to clients worldwide.
In 2022, Tim Tedder changed the name of the business to “Currents Services” to more accurately represent the various services provided, beyond counseling, and to make room for additional services and resources planned for the future.
Why “Currents”?
The name reflects the momentum of movement (life patterns) that influences the way each of us uniquely experiences our lives and the choices we make in those experiences. Our “currents” are often established early in our lives and continue to influence our choices and reactions. We are so used to our currents that we see them as normal and inevitable, and any effort to move against them (to change) is met with significant resistance.
But when we recognize our currents (our normal emotional and behavioral tendencies), we can begin to move out of them. Often, in fact, we can affect the kind of shifts that allow our currents to begin moving in new directions.
Currents Services are provided to help people discover new direction and experience the kind of change that can continue for a lifetime.
