A Message to Clients
In April 2022, I left the staff of Renewal Counseling. My time with Renewal was great. I am so appreciative to Amy Harshman and the entire staff for the kindness and support they provided since my move to Indiana in 2019.
Former Renewal clients who want to continue counseling with me can do so. Since it has been over a year since my leaving, I no longer have easy access to past notes and will need to review our past work at the restart of the counseling process. (This can be done through the summary you provide in your client documentation and during a review in our initial session.)
To begin counseling again, request an appointment as a new client. This will allow me to collect updated information about you.
Why did I leave? I’ve wanted to give more attention to developing new affair recovery resources: podcasts, online courses, and counseling materials. To accomplish this, I needed to simplify my schedule by combining my two appointment calendars (previously Renewal Counseling and Currents Services) and offer video sessions from my home office.
Here are two primary changes to the services I currently provide.
I no longer accept Anthem Insurance or any other insurance.
Office sessions will no longer be available. Sessions will only be offered via telehealth (video) or at the Park (in season).
